At Reign Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic and beauty product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tested products.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your request, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund if applicable

Lost or Stolen Packages

Reign Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

However, if it can be verified that a package was lost or stolen during transit, we may offer a replacement order at our discretion. Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation or proof from the shipping carrier before a replacement is approved.

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim regarding missing packages.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations cannot be made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
