Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by:

Holidays
Incorrect shipping information
High order volume

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Reign Cosmetics is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately at Reigncosmetics18@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Reign Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

However, if it can be verified that a package was lost or stolen during transit, we may offer a replacement order at our discretion. Customers may be required to provide supporting documentation or proof from the shipping carrier before a replacement is approved.

Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for updates.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country. Reign Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
